JUST GIVE ME A REASON

Every time I pass by the hardware and home goods store I try to find the perfect excuse to get the soup/salad bowls from Bitz. The proportions are pretty, the glaze looks great. If ours were a single person household it would be the perfect size fruit bowl. Maybe I need a designated bowl for onions and garlic?

LET'S GLÖGGA LOSS

One of the first entries on this blog was about wanting to find a better way to serve glögg. But the Rosendahl thermos jug didn't look as good IRL. So our glögg still ends up a sweet sticky mess with big ladles and tiny cups. Apparently Eva Solo felt the same way. Mulled wine decanter, available at Scandinavian Design Center among others.

I can't remember a time in my life when this small PK bowl wasn't on my wishlist. Designed by Danish designer Poul Kjærholm in the early sixties as an addition to his popular marble ashtray, and still available from Architectmade.
