Swedish hard cheeses are exported even to Guide Michelin restaurants in France, and is one of the few foods I truly miss. What I don't miss is the sticky plastic bags and cyran wraps every morning as you prepare breakfast. Someone at Sagaform must have been equally fed up and voilá: a simple design in oak and acrylic.
